Polk County Arkansas Toys for Tots program is managed by the Herbert A Littleton Detachment of the Marine Corps League and the Mena Elks Lodge. Our sole purpose is to provide new, unwrapped toys, books and stocking stuffers to the less fortunate children of Polk County.
